In the face of authoritarianism, Democrats need to align behind a simple, clear platform and communicate it to the masses way better than they are now. But we the people can influence that. Protest, call, speak out, be a leader in your community.

It's not THEY need to do better. It's WE.

When we wrestle power back, we the people will have to push Dems to sieze, reclaim, prosecute, strengthen laws... we the people may have to dictate their agenda to them, and keep the pressure on.

During COVID I took care of my parents in NJ. Mom had Alzheimer's, dad had myriad physical issues. I couldn't subway/NJ Transit/Lyft four or five days a week from Queens to NJ and hold down a job. So I leased a car.

We can get to a pedestrian-friendly NYC without insulting people.

This administration is constant chaos, it's not hard to envision a draft at some point, and for her to answer that carelessly is reckless.

I'm proud to be involved in the otg movement. I wish there was a word for it. The GOP tried to label anyone resisting 'antifa' and it could be good to create our own messaging to combat that. Something like 'vanguard' that's forward-looking. Branding is everything in this capitalist hell.
