If someone can prove me wrong and show me my mistake in any thought or action, I shall gladly change. I seek the truth, which never harmed anyone: the harm is to persist in one's own self-deception and ignorance.

The current Democratic leadership is an embarrassment. It will be a cold day in hell before they get any more money from me.

IANAL, but I’m pretty sure that a king has no legal rights or authority in the United States. Arrest King Stinky and lock him up.

At Mar-a-Lago, a bizarre, golden-hoofed goat idol is on display.
The idol is wrapped in Trump $100 bills that say, “In Trump we Trust,” replacing God with Trump.
The idols’ base says, “I love you” along with Trump’s signature.

It's obvious that the Iowa MAGA offer to buy southern Minnesota is nonsense. What's not obvious is how it works to normalize Trump's threats toward Greenland.
None of this is normal or acceptable. But the gish gallop just makes us numb.

How nice of TPTB for legislating USB-C as the one true interface. Now when can I expect my adapters for all my current devices?

Evidently the European investment group that owns Jeep is unhappy because sales are down. Here’s an idea for them : bring back the CJ-7 (the last real Jeep), and price it at $19K. They will sell like crazy and the stock owners will make a decent profit.

They said they were gonna. The GOP just introduced a bill to shut down the Dept of Education. States will be faced with hard choices when the federal funds go away: shut down public schools and colleges, or raise billions in state taxes to keep the lights on. Either way, this will not end well.
