released a new major version of oauth-browser-client

only reliability improvements here, I hope that it reduces the chances for sessions getting dropped (token revoked due to page reloads and such)

tweaked the uint8array package again wrt fast ASCII decoding, turns out there was a much better way of doing it that benefits Bun/JSC specifically

ported this new chat dialog over from RNW to web finally, tons of moving parts involved since there's the group chat creation flow in it, but keyboard shortcuts works as expected and it's very nice
