update for my bsky followers: we never actually went on strike bc the library negotiated a new last-minute contract, which the union accepted but imo we could and should have fought for so much more on every level, but eh, improvements were made at least! the ceo still makes way too much money, lol
my union is going on strike Monday, and this is the current condition of my workplace today. one of our many reasons for striking is because Cleveland Public Library wastes money on AI servers and the CEO's outrageous salary instead of fixing and maintaining our buildings. #cplstrike

i'm watching the odyssey (1997) for the first time since it was shown to me in my 7th grade english class 20+ years ago and not only is it better than i remembered, it low-key might be better than nolan's odyssey?? maybe i just think that because i am stoned. in any case, it's certainly much gayer!
