when will i ever be someone’s favorite, when am i ever gonna wake up everyday knowing i am someone that somebody likes, someone they adore, someone they love talking to, someone’s favorite

there’s nothing special about me, there’s nothing interesting about me, there’s nothing likeable or loveable about me, there’s nothing worthy about me, i am just a burden to everything and everyone around me, as much as someone can tell me i’m not, it doesn’t feel that way, when”ll i not be a burden

this really does sound selfish, all it looks like is that i want more attention from someone, and i don’t know what to think about that honestly, it is true but it hurts that it’s true, I don’t wanna be an attention seeking person 24/7 needing eyes on me at all times, that just makes me a bad friend

the problem is that this sounds very selfish and needy, why do i wanna be favorited over somebody else, why do i wanna be something i can never be, why can’t i just be grateful for what i have, why can’t i just live like this, being nobody’s favorite, it’s not that big of a deal anyway, right?

i can never be a person‘s favorite, the way I interact, the way I care, the way I talk, the way I think, the way i feel, nobody will ever want that, nobody will ever want the hunk of mess that I am, nobody will ever want me, nobody will ever need me, nobody will ever love me, i am nobody’s favorite
