Hi, I'm attempting to replace FB with this. I live in the Midwest, I have a 9 y/o, and I'm married to an Ecuadorian. I like almost anything outdoors. I don't really have friends and my mental health is shit rn, so any conversation is welcomed. Also FDT.
$400 repair on my old car just jumped to $900. Hopefully the 2nd job they have to do doesn't cost more. I almost told them to not do it because I doubt the car is worth more than 3k. But 10 gallons of gas lasts me 2+ weeks in it. My Jeep used more than twice that. Hope I don't regret fixing it🤞

A funeral was held Monday for all of the 95 people that we know of whose deaths have been caused by ICE. The funeral procession drove through the heart of Williston on its way to White Cap Business Park, where one of the 2 ICE surveillance centers in the country is located.

I thought I was doing really good. I've been struggling with depression since June. I've been struggling with eating (though I believe I've had "disordered" eating all my life, this has been a struggle to eat anything at all). I've been struggling with my weight and balancing/not overdoing exercise.

Gotta make my stance know; circumcision of any type, at any age, on any healthy body, in which the person inhabiting the body is a minor or does not otherwise consent to the procedure, is a violation of human rights. This extends to surgical alterations and forced hormones for intersex minors.

Today's after work "snack" (though I'm trying to remind myself two of these plates are nearly 100% vegetables) features one of my favorite foods from Ecuador on the bottom right; habas (which believe to be fava beans) y choclo (I think it's hominy?) con queso (We all know this one!)

Since I've recently been struggling to eat regularly, I started making these "snack" plates for myself after work. Kind of forcing myself to eat some of the garden vegetables, baked goods, and other stuff I buy instead of waiting to make a whole dish out of it.
