NEW: Judge Sullivan spent the final 30 minutes of the Phang v Blanche Epstein files hearing telling a story of the one time he had to hold DOJ lawyers in contempt. He says he's done it before, and he'd rather not do it again, but he will if he needs to. "It's not a threat, it's a promise."

If Texas winds up electing the corrupt GOP Paxton over James Talarico...an incredibly intelligent, decent well-spoken guy then Texas should just secede from the nation. Trump can be it's king...all the red hat wearing MAGAs can move there. All Texas Dems, should then be allowed to swap residences

He was born in US, educated at Bloomfield Hills Andover, where he captained football team; Univ of Mich; Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar; Columbia, where he earned an MD. Debate his views, not whether he’s a “real” American.

Garcia: This is ridiculous. I think Governor Beshear is right. We need proof that McConnell is actually serving the people. We had another member of Congress who was out for months. No one had any idea what was going on. The public deserved transparency.
