Love my friends, being released from the hospital made me all the more thankful for them. Being home is a relief, but also a lot. It's okay to not okay AND it's mentionable & manageable to say, "I feel like a burden." Do you ever feel like a burden? Lean on these words by Jazz Thornton: "You are not a burden, because you belong. To you, the person who is reading this right now: you belong. You may have a burden, but you are not a burden." I love this picture of the Northern Lights from
May 2024. They are incredibly rare where I live, so getting to see them was amazing.

There are so many wonderful people, places, and things in the world. Just because we can't always see them doesn't mean they don't exist.

Last night I went to see Josh Johnson on his Comedy Band Camp tour. It was so good! There was music, dancing, a drum battle, and of course amazing comedy. I love that he pulled all of these different elements together.

Be creative. Try something new. Make your own trail.
