Official position Federal law requires public release of Department of Justice records related to Jeffrey Epstein. On November 19, 2025, President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119–38 / H.R. 4405). The White House recorded that signing. The Act directs the Attorney General to make publicly available, in a searchable and downloadable format, unclassified DOJ, FBI, and U.S. Attorney records related to Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, travel records, named individuals, internal charging decisions, document-handling records, and Epstein’s detention and death. Records may not be withheld or redacted for embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity. Limited redactions are allowed for victim privacy, child sexual abuse material, narrowly tailored active investigations, and certain images of death or injury. What DOJ says it has done The Department of Justice states it is complying with that law and has published large productions, including a January 30, 2026 release of additional pages. DOJ also describes permitted withholdings and reporting to Congress in its production notice. Public files are posted at DOJ Disclosures. Some Members of Congress have disputed whether the production is complete or fully unredacted. Those disputes are congressional statements, not the text of the statute. I cannot verify a single remaining-page count from official sources.

How’d it happen? Ummm… the same way they did it? I mean, the same way they did.
A spokesperson for Irregular told Reuters the ‌incident was the "exact same evaluation-environment issue that was already disclosed by Anthropic last week" and did not involve a "sandbox escape or a sophisticated cyber action".

Pink flowering trees frame a neighborhood street at sunset, their blossoms forming a canopy over passing cars and low buildings. The sky glows with soft orange and gold near the horizon, fading into pale blue above, while power lines stretch overhead and scattered petals rest on a covered object in the foreground, capturing a quiet early-evening moment in the city.

Golden sunset over the Los Angeles skyline, with the sun low on the horizon casting warm orange light across wispy clouds. Century Ciry high-rises appear in silhouette in the distance, framed by dark tree branches and palms in the foreground, with hills faintly visible to the right and a quiet neighborhood below.

Crystal Black Caridina on dragon blood stone with UNS Controsand Pacifica.
A black-and-white banded shrimp hovers head-down against a large red stone inside a planted aquarium, its delicate antennae extended as it grazes the rock’s surface. Below, a bed of reddish gravel dotted with small round pellets stretches across the foreground, while soft green aquatic plants blur gently in the background, creating a calm, close-up moment of foraging behavior.
