I got sick at the end of last week. I took time off work. I rested, hydrated, ate nutritious food, took my supplements, did the right level of physical activity (for my current health stuff). Felt better for a day. And now I am currently having the shittiest fibro/ME flare.

This flare of pain and fatigue is actually weirdly good. I'm finally seeing a rheumatologist on Tuesday. Being able to show my symptoms to a consultant as they happen is fantastic.
