It’s often controversial, but I don't believe "video games are art", instead believing they are a product made out of art.

They offer an experience built from pieces of art, problem solving, and design. I think its greater than viewing them as a single piece.

Finally got an Apple Thunderbolt Display this week after a long time of wanting one! A lot of people might not like the thicker bezels of older monitors, but I really enjoy it still. Plenty of space for sticky notes and little decorations, its just a useful thing

Masahiro Sakurai's remarks on the importance of originality in video game development should be taken seriously, have seen many dismiss it as only an issue in big releases, or that players don't buy them... video game developers everywhere should strive to create more original and fresh ideas

The phrases "skilled" (to have learned an ability) and "talented" (to naturally possess the ability) mean two very different things, yet talented is used in place of both of them? I've wondered why that is for a while now, especially since it is often a little discrediting

I'd like others to stop refusing to compile their software releases... you should release a program, not build instructions.

While I'm complaining, please also stop making everything as a Web UI, it's just weird!

I found a Samsung SyncMaster 193P Plus at the store yesterday... the hinge is damaged, and I am surprised at how easy it is to take apart for repairing! Older technology was really built to last!

I would really like to browse through electronics for more than 5 minutes without seeing the word "gaming" put on everything...

I really think that the ability to report a post (on any website) for fast flashing imagery should be expected instead of rare, I am getting a little tired of the surprise harm with no way to do anything about it

During my first visit to an Apple Store a little while ago, I asked about accessories for my 4 year old iPhone model...

The employee found it funny, and told me no because my phone is vintage... is 4 years all it takes now to be outdated?

There are problems in the current video game industry, most of which I think is because of the disappearance of mid-sized studios.

This platform's character limit prevents me from writing detailed reasons, I'll think of a concise wording sometime soon...

With many handheld video game systems, I see praise for fitting in pockets mostly from men... often it will not fit in women's.

It isn't the device's fault, it has to fit the hardware! Still, I hope to see more showcasing for women's pockets, at least until fashion can change

I don't believe age inherently devalues, and it's common in how older video games are treated as not worth purchase anymore... Unless through cheap subscription models.

Often age leads to being outdated, but it's just not something inherent. If the product is still good, I find it worth purchasing.

I'm really optimistic and excited to see Nintendo of America's new management approach take shape... Devon Pritchard has an excellent record and she will make an amazing President for Nintendo, while it's lovely to see Satoru Shibata back to steer the company too!

I am starting to feel concern that a good amount of independent video game developers believe that repeating a concept is what it means to be inspired...
