Giriko's 100th chapter came out today. Wild... Especially since I only started working on it in January 😬 Now that the backlog is caught up and I don't have to work on it at such a rapid pace I've come to like it quite a bit. I hope sticks around for a while

I finished reading Doko e Iku no, Ano Hi today. It's been on my radar for ages as a known utsuge enjoyer (I actually started it over 10 years ago, back when I barely knew Japanese and had to use a text hooker to read untranslated stuff 😅) so it felt good to finally finish it.

I admittedly wasn't super familiar with the work in question (I was a fan of some of the creator's other work but this one slipped me by), but having gone through the whole thing? I am a woman obsessed. It's so good and I only hope I do it justice

For anyone who decides to read Teiichi, this was about a certain scene in chapter 26. It still brings a tear to my eye 🥹
I was also the translator for GALS! and Super Dog Rilienthal! GALS! is another one I hadn't read before working on it, but I picked it because I grew up on shojo of the same era. It's a real blast, I've had a lot of fun making the dialogue feel period-accurate.
