It's my turn. After losing two spouses, I am now also officially an orphan. Both my parents are gone. I didn't grieve my biological mother, as she and I parted ways because of her bigotry. My father (may his memory be a blessing) passed in July 2027. He was 92, and in good health except the last few months. His passing was not a tragedy.

Now that my head is reasonably clear of grief, I'm starting to go back to collect the train-of-thought posts. The path has touched a lot of deep ground, and most of it knots together in ways that weren't obvious while I was writing in real time, so some consolidation and a little additional synthesis should make the work more approachable for someone arriving fresh, instead of asking them to wade through grief being processed as it happened.
