Im Februar hatte es den Anschein, dass die öffentliche Blossstellung der Verletzung von Persönlichkeitsrechten (share.google/BRrwiDBzJROv...) Wirkung gezeigt hat. Nun denkt der uneinsichtige Nachbar, dass Bezug zur DSGVO ausreicht. Interessant ist, dass er selbst die Interessenabwägung vornimmt...
