I wouldnt say I have vocal dysphoria necessarily but I definitely have vocal Awareness as evidenced by whenever I go to make a phone call somewhere for the first time and I get relentlessly misgendered despite giving my name ??? Like did you forget or are we being obtuse on purpose

Day 1 of vyvanse and my shit feels like its at 32 fps. My shit feels like i took a 10mg edible but I can still think straight. They turned me down by 20 percent. I just organized the garage toolbox and only then did I realize that this is abnormal for me. Do you people feel like this all the time
