#planetarypy tidbits: When you type "plp spicer Pluto" it will realize it needs the plu60.bsp kernel and fetch it for you before it shows you a small tidbit of info in the terminal:

#planetarypy (plp) now gives you terminal access to product_id related metadata with a simple "plp meta mro.hirise.edr PSP_00392_0985". Working for 78 registered index files that automatically download with plp as well.

wow, @anthropic.com projecs are really useless are they? I got 4 pdfs and 2 15 MB html files in this project and that's too much? plus, files created in one chat are not even automatically known by other chats in the same project, and i would have to manually download and then upload them so that

This feels almost like a chicken race of a flyby. Orion turning towards the approaching Moon. But then missing it. Play with the 3D of the flyby via my interactive HTML file with a Plotly 3d plot from here: figshare.com/ndownloader/... (55 MB dowload). Based on NASA's trajectory data, converted

Trust me, you don’t need the alpro barista milk for a nice vegan cappuccino. The standard “not milk” (1.5 % fat here) is doing foam just fine. The barista has more sugar in it though, in case you fancy that.

If I’m not missing something one needs a 2 equation system to calculate the amount of descaled when all you are given is the recommended ratio with water and a target overall volume? I was surprised initially, thought it can be done with the rule of three. See, maths IS good for everyday stuff.

You saw it here first! Working on a public release, a colleague will talk about this and heliophysics Python library at #scipy2025 so I quickly needed to finish our initial logo draft. It’s a cool 1950 Sci-fi look, isn’t it?
