I thought CETA, enacted in 2017, did a fair bit to help free trade between Canada and the EU, but anything more can help.
For Canada, unfortunately, geography and transportation costs is a natural trade barrier. But lower and more predictable than US tariffs and import bans, for sure.

For sure, and Carney is doing it honestly and openly.
Also, Trump acts more like a subordinate Putin, and probably also Netanyahu. More like he has a crush on Kim Jong Un than an associate of the country. Since he doesn’t care about the US, I don’t think he cares about any country.

In seminars when I talk about the importance of written documentation, my example is: I can only reliably say where I was and what I was doing on 3 days: my wedding day, the day my daughter was born, and the day my son was born.

It would be nice if the Republican working class folks could recognize that Republican politicians see them as "prey" and "losers" and vote accordingly.

In Canada, the judges created a new common law classification between employee and independent contractor to hold corporations like Amazon responsible: the "dependant contractor".
