Yesterday I received a lovely hand written postcard from a volunteer named Gail, asking me to vote for Troy Jackson. I was really impressed that Troy apparently has a team of dedicated volunteers who were sending personal appeals to Maine voters.

I think the Collins camp is so over funded at this point they’re just tossing anything up on the wall. The attacks will likely sharpen around a tighter negative as the campaign proceeds plus her fluff.

Unpopular take: Apple and Google changing the name of Lake Ontario is not a political decision. Their systems are programmed to automatically update place names when they are changed by the USGS in their GNIS database. Not stopping this process is a politically neutral move.

Somebody posted the context for this and it's actually worse? He says the onus is on the "good Jews" to change the minds of their community and if they don't, the wrath they face is their fault. It's the same language David Duke used about the "Good Blacks" and the gang members in the early 1990s.

Perspective. This had not really occurred to me before it makes sense that the majority who have a generational memory of being ethnically cleansed from Arab countries are going to represent the most right wing, anti-Arabic part of the ruling party. Not the "white colonizers" that leftists hate.
