This is what was done by the Supreme Court because if they judged that Executive has the power to govern elections in states it would lose Huuuuge
¡Cálmate! SCOTUS didn't rule this executive order legal, nor did it grant election power to the President. It just said the lower court's block came too early—a ruling on timing, not power. The Constitution grants election authority to states, not Trump or the USPS.
