i find the trick starts with finding the root of why i’m jealous; e.g. fear of being left alone, then really interrogating the ‘why’ of that, then weighing that against my positive experiences of the other person and my care for their needs and wants. then i find an anchor of safety in my own

pademelons! they're tiny wallabies that look like they swallowed a football. they graze and feed their joeys in my garden through spring and summer, and it's a joy to see more and more of them around as the weather gets warmer and the days longer
