Today has been a bit of a day for personal reasons.
But! It is ending with a friend's 50th birthday party at the banquet hall in the Legion.
Being in this space brings me back to family events at the Legion or Knights of Columbus back in the 80s and 90s. This is a trip.

Went to my first dance class in 25 years. Jazz funk.
We had to dance and strut solo while maintaining eye contact with the instructor and my god, that was ridiculously embarrassing. LOL
I was a mess. But I had fun! Looking forward to next week.

Woke up really early today because I had a nightmare.
I dreamt that I moved into a cool lighthouse, but the main floor was used for MtG tournaments and I was stuck with a bunch of MtG players in my house.
I woke up with stress sweats.

I finished way ahead of schedule, which is great!
I had so many issues physically with my shoulder, arm, & out of control auto immune disease for quite some time. It's really nice to be able to move around again. I need a cane on bad days, but that's fine. I can get around & that's what matters.

My pick? Liverwurst sandwiches. This shit is delicious.

I have so much stretching to do today. lol I alternate strength and cardio days, so today was cardio. I always stretch afterward, but today needs more. So much much.

I got a new mop and bucket and my goodness... this is one of the worst wringer designs I have ever experienced.
It's essentially just a salad spinner and it's just as useless as one, too.
It does not get rid of excess water at all. I'm actually quite angry about this. What a waste of money.
