Last night I turned down a #gamedev opportunity to work with an artist. He let it slip early that he was transphobic, and wouldn't put up with any discussion about it.

I saged my house today
People don't get how & especially why one would sage a house
How: Find a branch with a lot of leaves & a long stem. Cut it & slide it along the edges & corners of your ceiling.
Why: It cleans the cobwebs! Leaves are good at collecting them. You can toss the stick when done ->

I'm still working to get height mapping working in my #gamedev project Settlers & Warlords. But I've just realized something: this won't work for swamp biomes, or ocean biomes.
Guess I'll worry about that later. I'll finish getting this heightmap system working. Players can deal with swamps on hills

I've had a copy of Doom II for ages, but I've only recently got a chance to play The Plutonia Experiment (it can be played as a mod, with the help of UZ Doom). Plutonia just... hits different than Doom II. Levels are built to place monsters where they cause the most pain, while preventing you ->

I think there are far too many people who don't understand this part (#2). You can whine & complain all day about businesses raising prices and lowering quality in their product. But IF YOU STILL BUY IT, your complaints mean nothing because they're still making money off you. #corporategreed
Two things:
1: I agree. They should offer a physical copy.
2: Will you actually be principled enough to *not* buy the game if they don't? Or will you complain and then buy it anyway, thus encouraging the company to continue this shitty practice since they're not losing money because of it?

I'm starting to think the whole purpose of the Iran war was to drain America's Strategic Oil Reserves. Trump couldn't get his hands on it directly, so he had to force us to use it
March 9: "We're now totally independent of the Middle East. We don't need their oil."
April 1: "It doesn't really affect us. We have so much oil, much more than we need."
June 17: If I didn't agree to the MOU, we "would run out of reserves at about 4 weeks..."
