Brought my American friends, Rick and Denise to Kuala Selangor Nature Park, a 25 acre water brackish mangrove park in Selangor last weekend. We enjoyed the hour long walk experiencing mangrove ecosystem and observed animals like monkeys, mudskippers, mud crabs, birds and monitor lizards.

A psychologist in S'pore who specialises in trauma recovery just revealed on linkedin tt she was recently sexually assaulted.It was done by a person she trusted &respected.Took her 2 wks to piece the words together.Even wt her training she's not immune to such assault.Hope she is healing right now
