بعد از این همه سال مهاجرت و زندگی تو اروپا، هنوز بعضی شبا با کابوسای زندگی تو ایران نصفه‌شب از خواب می‌پرم. انگار اون تراماها ول‌کن آدم نیستن. تف به این همه فشار و زخم روانی که زندگی تو ایران رو آدم می‌ذاره.

Because you live in Prague, vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in Central Europe due to long dark winters and low sun exposure for much of the year. That alone can cause:
