This week has drained me so badly, but a cute moment was when I was sitting by a bench on the beach after receiving bad news, I was barely holding myself together and this kid, not even older than 3, smiles at me and waves before running back to his mom, I almost cried

One way I can tell my mental is getting better is when I feel bored/restless, it means I can feel time passing which is a good sign, since I could zone out for hours without noticing time pass at all ;; so yeah im thankful im getting bored more often

My favourite phrase is when our economy teacher says 'it's a logical sequence' when talking about country problems, not blaming anyone, understanding where they stem from, not excusing them but also acknowledging the source and expecting accountability
