Perhaps it was discontinued because of the smoking process used on the tea leaves. I wanted to get some Twinings Lapsang souchong, (also discontinued), and that had been banned by EU because the smoking process produced nasty hydrocarbons.

May I recommend to you all Marcella Hazan Classic Italian Cookbook, the wine and milk are added before the simmering begins, in her recipe. But look, make your own mince from the best chuck from the best butcher. That would be my advice.

Julie Collins just won't engage with folk on the industrial salmon farming. Usually, at election time, she sets up a stall in the shopping centres in her electorate. It will be interesting to see how that works out this time.

I'm not a real expert, but I'd say it is a red wattlebird. I have noticed lots of them when in Canberra. You can see a bit of a red wattle on its neck.

I'm not sure if this adds anything to the discussion, but I believe Ms Kaechele painted those Picassos herself and were hung in the ladies loo for a while.

Salmon- filthy, horrible stuff. I can't understand why people would voluntarily eat it. I despair of anything changing down here. I know some anti Salmon activists, but sadly, it's like they're shouting into the void

For sure! After months of a steady diet of unsavoury 'news', I have felt too sickened to engage with news in any form. Maybe I'll manage a few political podcasts soon
