Agree. I don't think many people want to fix this through a giveaway; just fix the perverse elements. Parking childcare, Scottish tax rates and sacrificing to a pension scheme: someone on 100k pays 62% tax on their 10k bonus, while someone on 200k pays 47% on their 40k bonus.
