This post from Trump will be a great example of "unintended consequences" because no one with a brain actually thought this through, and they're just going to cause more headaches, litigation, and delays. And that's before we get to the fact that Judge Chutkan is not going to be thrilled with this.

To be clear since that was not a post in which I explained what I was thinking: This wasn't at the request of the military; it was the White House and DOJ looking for a path to increase the chances of getting through the litigation landmines of another of Trump's illegal projects.
