Meanwhile their actions and behaviors show they clearly do not care about you. These are also the “I’m a good guy/person” types and it’s all performative…. Nothing good about a liar, user, cheater, selfish n narcissistic person.

But i think I might of figured something out that I can use next week. Hopefully it works because it will lighten my evenings significantly

So im consistently on the go & I want to be able to do things besides work & internship. I have to be around people & socialize but I feel exhausted even thinking about going on dates, hanging out or doing anything that isnt me in my bed doing nothing.

It feels like my rest time isn’t rest but it’s another task I got to complete. Because of how much “self care” they talk about, my self care is turning into more work than actually self caring. When I workout, I cant take my time because I dont have time. Same for cooking my lunch

This is why I need a remote job. I need flexibility because I have lil room for error. I dont feel relaxed in an office. I do feel relaxed @ my home doing work. By the time I get off work I’m exhausted mentally & emotionally to go listen to substance abuse stories for hour & 30. Shit is taxing
