There is no such thing as a "First Amendment zone." The First Amendment does not give the government authority to decide where people may exercise their rights to free speech, assembly, and protest. If the government decides where you can protest, it is controlling speech rather than protecting it.

There used to be a 95% tax on wealth, which paid for things like interstates, and national parks. Companies chose to reinvest in their companies, pay people more, and focus on creating higher quality products.
