I am an election worker and I say this constantly. Work at any election, see how hard it is to throw an election. The machines that check you in & the machines that count the ballots are not connected to the internet. He would have to go in and physically mess with every machine. It makes no sense.

The San Diego County Civil Grand Jury’s end of term reports are starting to be released. Topics include bike infrastructure, the Commission on Police Practices, juvenile detention, and this gem which I am particularly jazzed about.
