Our January resource of the month is Managing Malnutrition in COPD - bit.ly/3LCB5U0. Cold weather can worsen respiratory symptoms increasing the risk of exacerbations in individuals with COPD. People with COPD are more likely to become malnourished due to ↑ energy needs & ↓ intake during flare‑ups.
