i get why people keep being like ‘just take pictures of the food’ or even ‘use stock photos of it’ but my god you don’t even need pictures on a menu! i can pretty much guess what your cheeseburger looks like based on past precedent and my capacity for reason!
the AI-generated pictures of food horrify me to my core, they disgust me at the same level as the smell of rotting meat or vomit or whatever. seeing them makes my day a percentage point worse every time. and they’re everywhere, they’re fucking everywhere

Nope. We don't have to do this. The courageous act would be to refuse. Jingoist slop like this is an enormous factor in why the US has been terrorizing the world for decades. There are no heroes bombing Iran.
Thinking of all the military members serving in these operations. They courageously go where duty calls. Their sacrifices represent the best of us and they deserve leaders of integrity.
