Dramatizing longterm debilitating injuries is never going to be something I support in wrestling, whether it's Ospreay's neck, Omega's stomach, or otherwise. It isn't comepelling to see Ospreay work through and potentially overcome a serious injury through in-ring failure. #AEW 🤼

I'm not a pure Jericho hater. I've enjoyed quite a bit of his AEW work. But it's demonstrable that AEW TV and PPVs have been better since he's been gone, and I think it's fair to believe AEW will be demonstrably worse every week with his return. 🤼

AEW should always start with a match. Dynamite's most-watched openers have always been matches. Unsurprisingly, switching to more talking openers has played a role in the ratings dips of the past so many years. And so it's built an expectation that the start of the show can be skipped. 🤼

Huge Kenny Omega fan. I desperately want him to beat MJF at Dynasty. I'm confident he would be a bigger draw, a better story, an obviously superior match against Ospreay at All In. But his face work outside the ring is so low-energy. I need him to care. I need him to show he wants to win the belt. 🤼

AEW is never going to fit neatly into the moral purity box you want to put them in and that's okay. They are not perfect, but they do try to be inclusive and socially aware, that's all we can really ask for.

My thought as the PPV nears, is that AEW has set a trap for itself. It's made the case for Hangman, Swerve, Kenny, and even Mox as more interesting/exciting options than MJF too well. Now we're going to get 6 months of MJF beating them, while they tell better stories, have better matches. #AEW 🤼

Even if it was only AEW fans calling out Gail Kim for her racist and misogynistic comments about Riho, which thankfully it wasn't, that would say more about other fans than it would say about AEW fans. 🤼

You can’t tell me that I’m not Elite. I get looked over bc I’ve never had an opportunity to go 20-30 minutes with someone in AEW. That is really when you start to earn your stripes. You can’t make assumptions without giving people the chance to prove you wrong.

I would love to hear Will's thoughts on wrestling on the regular, but having him come over here after spending all his time on the Nazi platform and immediately say Bluesky is a "groupthink social space," a baffling perspective spread specifically by the Nazi place... come on, man.

I'm not one to mince words on the subject of CM Punk. CM Punk was only so damaging to AEW because Tony Khan enabled him. He did so at the expense of his roster and the quality of AEW. He used Punk to undercut his co-founders. AEW hasn't fully recovered from it, and probably never will. 🤼 #AEW
