Emailing my Oklahoma members of Congress is like spitting into the wind. And yet, I persist.

Reasor’s in Tulsa has decided to no longer carry chipotles in adobo and other chili items (per the manager). They also now label the aisle Tex-Mex, not Mexican. Politics in the grocery? Brookshire’s owns Reasor’s- the website says it’s a Christian company and employee meetings start with a prayer.

This Supreme Court is the absolute worst.

Oklahoma breaks your heart by voting to reject a gradual increase of the minimum wage, which is still at $7.25. Then you find a ray of hope, like Cyndi Munson, a young Asian-American woman raised by a single dad, running for Governor.

Meanwhile, families and children- including babies- continue to be held captive without proper medical care and in dismal conditions in Dilley Immigration Center.

Someone in my neighborhood is making the effort to bag their dog’s poop, but then they leave the bag on the sidewalk or in someone’s yard. I’m trying to wrap my head around the kind of person who does this.

Oklahoma Rep. Kevin Hern makes people find the 4-digit extension to their zip code before they can contact him online. Nice touch, dude. Put in an extra step so your constituents don’t bother you.

Calling the Oklahoma delegation only makes my blood boil more. Sen. Langford is “honored” to represent OK, but not enough to staff his phone. Sen. Mullin goes straight to voicemail. They have to know not everyone in Okla is as gleeful about the Musk/ Trump agenda as they are, right?
