It’s plausible those helicopters were inserting troops, but that route is loud and anything but subtle, especially with a wide-open coastline. So despite widespread claims on social media, I’m waiting for solid confirmation before drawing that conclusion. Far from ruling it out though.

Considering how quiet things have gotten this last little bit, I want to take the time to make a few points.
- 1st round seems to be over, at least for the Caracas area.
- Given how many airbases and military targets there are, this is frankly somewhat of a light 1st round.

This is the airbase in which VIP/gov't flights would have departed from. It is generally host to the Presidential transport (A319CJ 0001) and a bunch of mil/gov't private jets, liaison planes and helicopters.
