V7 is much more affordable (literally 100 bucks less), so I finally get around to actually buy the program! I swear I have always used OU/UTAU because they were free and just recently invested in SV2 because of it being cheaper, now there is nothing holding me back anymore.

Fumeina is canonically 23, so the character herself is fine, just not the Beta VB from 2023.

This will not apply to her upcoming Yearning VB, as I haven't recorded it yet and am already of legal age all over the world. Also, her design may be used for more suggestive art, but please ask for permission. Not sure if this also applies for 18+ content I don't make myself tho (if I ever will).
