Honestly I do it until it doesnt hurt and whenever I remember to lol. Which is usually for like a minute or two twice a day. Best grip is like this ive found. Another quick help thru the day is just wrapping a bandaid or piece of tape around your thumb knuckle :)

HEY i have that too and have been able to manage it with taping and self-massage! Its trigger-thumb or something similar. Pinch and massage this spot on both sides with the other hand, it will hurt but feel better over time

It's impossible to do anything wearing a wrist brace during the daytime so I've just been using gaffers tape ❤️
