I found this game late, but seeing the news, I bought it and started playing.
It’s good! It’s a unique setting (and the fact that the American south + Black experience is underexplored in games stands out)

The mechanisms by which these drugs work are also not well-understood (we know which proteins SSRIs bind to, but not how/why they affect depression or anxiety). We haven’t solved neurological disorders that are better-defined (Huntington’s for example), so mental illness is legit hard.

I remember the existence of this game, its cover art, and almost nothing else.
