I hope Genesis will have a proper codex like Saga's keyword database and that the one in XDE was just a prototype for it.
The protagonist is a student (for just the first 30 seconds of the game), so having something like a diary would make sense

I wonder if Mitsuda is going to make more area and battle themes compared to the trilogy.
ACE and Hiramatsu used to make most of the battle themes and a huge chunk of the area themes.

I'm happy the new Xenoblade isn't 4 or X-2, even though there's something about the trailer that felt slightly off to me, idk what (the characters' faces maybe?).
