I think prizes for best performing heroes is a good move. But replacing it for prizing elsewhere is less good. Would love to have it be additive. Sure money reasons. But having both appeals to more players and more players equals more money. This is like gold pack theory for prizing #fabtcg

The new prize structure is pretty cool! Gives me an excuse to play Zen 😆 BUT I do see one issue here…
This prize structure creates a scenario where getting second could result in zero prizes earned. If they add some additional promos for top two then this is perfect. #fabtcg

Unless there are more events to be booked, Michigan went from 8 pro quests down to four, and the east side of the state (Detroit) got shafted - this is really rough.

Every time an Assassin gets released I'm always shocked to find out from the community how Bryan went rogue and singlehandedly developed, designed, tested, drew the art for, and hand-printed the Assassin cards with no input from anyone else. Truly an impressive man to pull this off.

This - too much of the burden is on players to grow the game and get LGSs to give even half a damn. I don't know a great way forward, but this resonates with me.
Bit of a vent tweet, but I stepped down from being the TO for three stores in my area.
The game stagnated here, and despite my best efforts over the past year, it has went downhill. Armories are no longer firing and there's a general lack of interest in the game, with no foreseeable change. 1/2

Hey @fabtcg.com can you confirm if Calling Atlanta is going to be CC or Silver Age? I know quite a few people that already booked travel because the PT Coverage said CC but the event page is now saying Silver Age.

Hey so this seems like a laughably bad decision for the game? Rural/remote cities already struggle to get ahold of an L1 judge for their events sometimes. What's the impetus for this decision?

I didn't get to compete this week due to scheduling conflicts but shouts out to all involved (especially Tyler - bros time is very strained keeping the data set live for y'all) but PLEASE reach out to me if you'd like info on how to compete. Mid-Michigan is drawing some absolute KILLERS each month.
Judged the 2nd North Star Invitational yesterday (local MI #fabtcg tourney series), and we had 22 players show up, which I thought was a great turnout, especially for a grassroots tournament with no LSS prizing/invites!
