When did the train experience a mechanical problem and why were customers not notified? I would have chosen a different line if accurate and timely information was communicated.

Hi, we have been holding in the tunnel outside of L’Enfant for almost 10 minutes after waiting for several minutes to depart Navy Yard. The announcements on the train continue to say the train is holding due to single tracking.
