@crobertcargill.bsky.social Btw, I’m having THE BEST time working at and enjoying HHN. My two favorite months of the year, my home. Being there has me feeling the most like myself that I’ve felt in a while. A lot of strike prep and heavy stuff outside of it, but when I’m there I’m free ❤️

dolly parton was many things, but what i think resonates so deeply is that she was kind. ACTIVELY kind. when i talk about proving love, this is what i mean. ACTIVE kindness. ACTIVE love. it can be easy to dismiss kindness, but i think the reaction to her passing shows it is not at all a placeholder

As was feared, Frannie did not get a snow cone on this, “Frannie Gets a Snow Cone Day”. But Frannie did get paid to watch some fireworks, and got a good laugh out of the mental image of @crobertcargill.bsky.social damaging infrastructure with Neil the Seal, so we’ll count today as good regardless.

Today is the day I celebrate Sea Robert Cargill’s birthday! Goldfish Cargill is now 4 years old!!!! He’s a bit over 8 inches long. He’s grown to be about the size of a potato (see attached photo with potato for reference) Gave him new plants and some treats to celebrate!
