Current storm track has Lowell swinging north over the weekend and clipping the western Hawaiian islands of Niʻihau, Kauaʻi, and to a lesser extent, Oʻahu.

This path is very similar to what Hurricane ʻIniki took in 1992 which made landfall on Kauaʻi as a Category 4 hurricane.
