The working class feel unloved, undervalued and abandoned. Don't blame them for voting for Reform, appeal to them with policies that will improve the lives of the working class. Listen to them and work to solve their problems

Work related violence in schools passed #NASUWTScot25 with this addition:
(v) lobby the Scottish Government and local authorities to ensure notices are displayed in reception areas of all education establishments explaining that violence and aggression in all forms will not be tolerated.

The Scottish Govt spends £130m a year on 'anti-poverty' funding for schools. It's supposed to close the attainment gap. It hasn't.
So maybe it's time to try just giving the money to people living in poverty?
