Our last P.E. block was fitness 🫀💪
Pupils took part in a circuit made up of cardiovascular and strength exercises. P3-4 classes felt the changes in heart rate with the different exercises and P5-7 classes measured their heart rate and could set personal targets. Great effort from everyone! 💪

We worked in groups to create a tower using just straws and tape. The aim was to construct the tallest tower and test its stability. #STEM

Ain’t no party like a Hallglen party!! P4 and P5 came together for a disco this afternoon. Lots of cool dance moves and everyone was in fine voice.

Thanks to Jen ASC for coming into school to give us as wee taster of ultimate frisbee. We could use our frisbee skills during the summer holidays and have hours of fun, weather permitting! 🤞

What better way is there to spend a Friday afternoon? A trip to The Milk Barn for some ice cream and fun on the inflatable pillow definitely answers that question.
The weather was mixed but we didn’t mind and had the best fun.
