August Was the Warning. November Is the Reckoning.

When politicians tried to rig the rules, Missourians showed up to remind them who has the power.

Missouri voters shut down the power grab in August. In November, we’ll do it again.

I see folks like Todd Blanche, Mike Johnson and Lindsey Graham on Sunday shows. There's plenty of evidence that they use such platforms to lie constantly. Giving them a megaphone to spread their lies is the opposite of journalism which is about seeking the truth. It's irresponsible & damaging.

· By Secretary of State Denny Hoskins’ own data, we have enough signatures from Missourians to force a vote.
· Republicans are intentionally creating this chaos because they want to silence voters they disagree with.
· Denny needs to do his damn job.

We've seen a lot of misinformation and inaccurate reporting about the Missouri Supreme Court's ruling in Maggard v. State of Missouri.

Here's the facts:
· The Supreme Court unanimously said “it is impossible to say” which map is in effect until the number of sufficient signatures is known.

'It doesn't line up with reality:' courts overwhelmingly rebuke ICE practices
President Trump’s rhetoric about immigration is not matching up with how policy is playing out in the courts. According to an analysis by Politico, the administration has lost more than 10,000 cases in federal district courts, an overwhelming rebuke by judges of ICE’s practices and due process breaches. “The administration wants the narrative to line up with their campaign rhetoric but it doesn’t line up with reality,” Krish O’Mara Vignarajah, President and CEO of Global Refuge, tells Ali Velshi.
