Our society, or the 'over culture,' works hard at segmenting and separating everything and everyone. It is much easier to have a colonial mindset if you think you are separate from your neighbor and from nature. Including astrology.

I am thankful for the English teachers I had in middle and high school. We read "Hiroshima" in middle school and "Slaughterhouse-Five" in high school, among many other great books. Kurt Vonnegut spoke to my little Gen X, kind and rebellious heart.
