Cluster munitions are prohibited by the Convention on Cluster Munitions; their uncontrollable trajectory impacts civilians most often. Iran and Israel did not sign on to that convention so neither party has much of a claim that they are being subjected to illegal weaponry. The US also did not sign.

In NYC today for Stand Up for Science rally. The speakers were good. Demetre Daskalakis, former immunizations director of CDC (he quit as a result of RKF interference at CDC) gave quite a rousing speech about this administration and their goal of ending research they don’t like. #standupforscience

Regarding the investigation into Chairman Powell, House Speaker Mike Johnson defended the DOJ probe and said if "Powell is innocent, then he can prove that." Funny, I thought it was innocent until proven guilty. I guess Trump has rewritten that, for his enemies. He, of course, is always innocent. .
