I bring my own mat these days, and am double cleaning stuff. The few people I do see in this gym are NASTY and don't wipe down the gear or machines. 🤢 Still got a good sweat dripping workout though. 😁💪

Looking back at my gym pics from a year ago, I didn't think I looked a whole lot different. However, the weight I can now lift, the healthier my body feels, functions, and the whole size of clothing I dropped clearly shows me that the consistency has been making a difference.

I've been incrementally increasing my weights with each gym sessions, but I think I found my cap today. I'll back it down a little next time till I get solid reps then try my cap again. 💪
